• On Oct. 17 at 12 p.m., Philadelphia VIP will conduct the first part of a two-part estate planning training and clinic. After receiving hybrid training on drafting wills, powers of attorney, and advance health care directives, attorneys will be matched with a pro bono client and receive a case file. Volunteers will then have a few weeks to interview the client and draft the documents using VIP’s templates and staff support. On Nov. 14, volunteers and clients will meet at VIP’s Center City office to execute the documents before a notary and close their cases. RSVP here by Oct. 10: https://www.phillyvip.org/events/estate-planning-fall-2023/.
